10K means the property value of the setting. This is the least expensive gold you can find.It’s hard to say what the 1sc stands for. Good Luck!

It is not sterling silver, it is 10K gold. The Isc is most certainly the manufacturer. The value of your ring is decided by the gold weight, the diamond size and quality and the overall design. You could check out ebay or sites like that and see what similar rings are being sold for.
